These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of VastraVillaa. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Products & pricing
All product images are for representation purposes only. Slight colour variation may occur due to photography lighting or screen display settings.
Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
VastraVillaa reserves the right to change prices without prior notice. The price at the time of placing the order will be honoured.
Orders & payments
An order confirmation does not guarantee shipment. VastraVillaa reserves the right to cancel orders in cases of stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.
We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and Cash on Delivery where available.
COD orders that are repeatedly refused or undelivered may result in future COD service being restricted for that account.
Intellectual property
All content on this website — including images, logos, text, and designs — is the exclusive property of VastraVillaa and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorised use or reproduction of any content is strictly prohibited.
User conduct
You agree not to use our website for any unlawful purpose, to submit false information, or to engage in any activity that could harm VastraVillaa or other users. We reserve the right to restrict access to any user who violates these terms.
Limitation of liability
VastraVillaa shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the order placed by the customer.
Governing law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh, India.
