At VastraVillaa, we want you to love every piece you receive. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer a simple and hassle-free return and exchange process.
Return window
Returns and exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery. Requests raised after this window will not be accepted.
How to raise a return or exchange request
Step 1 — WhatsApp us at +91 8448733440 Within 24 Hours of receiving your order.
Step 2 — Send clear photos of the product clearly showing the issue or reason for return/exchange.
Step 3 — Mention your Order ID and reason in the message.
Step 4 — Our team will review your request and respond within 24 hours.
Eligible reasons for return or exchange
Wrong product or colour received
Damaged or defective product received
Size issue — exchange for a different size, subject to availability
Product significantly different from what was shown on the website
Non-returnable items
Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
Products without original tags or packaging
Sale or discounted items, unless received in damaged condition
Items for which no photo proof has been shared via WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery
Exchange process
Once your return request is approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup within 2–3 business days. Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will dispatch the exchanged item at the earliest.
Refund policy
Refunds are processed only in cases where the requested exchange size or product is out of stock. Refunds are issued as store credit or to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after the returned item has been received and verified.

Colour variation due to photography lighting or screen display is not a valid reason for return
VastraVillaa reserves the right to reject return requests that do not meet the above conditions
